Refund policy

Thank you for supporting original art. Each piece is created with care and intention, and for that reason, returns are handled with special attention.

Returns
I accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the artwork is in its original condition and original packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • It is highly recommended to insure the return shipment.

  • If the artwork arrives damaged or with any issues, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos. In such cases, I will cover the cost of replacement or issue a full refund, if applicable.

Commissioned or Custom Pieces
Due to their unique nature, commissioned or customized pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Exchanges & Store Credit
If you prefer to exchange a piece or receive store credit for a future purchase, please reach out — I will always do my best to make sure you're happy with your acquisition.

Refunds
Once the returned piece is received and its condition verified, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to damage or an error on my part.
